Log on through Santander Online Banking

If you have forgotten your Investment Hub username or password, you can get access directly from Santander Online Banking, by going to santander.co.uk and using your Santander Online Banking log on details.

Once you’ve logged on, simply click on your investments balance to go directly into the Investments Hub.

If you’ve forgotten your Investment Hub username or both your username and password, please call 0800 3281328. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.
